The entry gate leads to an expansive courtyard with flagstone paving,
swimming pool, hot tub, covered outdoor eating area, covered walkway to
front door. To the side is the prayer garden.
The outer wall of the house overlooking the pool has a metal wall clock
in the Singing Pines motif.

Enter the home through the custom wood door with the carved bas relief of pine branches and cones. The spacious entry hall with its tall glass windows, redwood paneling, brick planter box and mirror has a walk-in coat closet with wet bar. To
the right is the morning room, with floor to ceiling glass windows
overlooking the courtyard, skylight, and brick planter boxes.

Straight ahead from the entry way is the living room with fireplace, redwood
paneling and wall of tall windows overlooking the bay. The living room flows into the vast dining room with butler’s closet and expansive bay view.

To the left of the entry hall is the entrance to the master bedroom suite
with sleeping and sitting areas, bookshelves and two full bathrooms. “Hers” is the pink bathroom with its adjacent closets, built-in drawers and vanity-dressing area. “His” is gray marble with a marble surround tub, a separate tile shower, mirrored dressing table, closets and built-in drawers.

The courtyard wing includes the Stanford guest bath, a library, den or
office with fireplace, bookshelves, tall windows and sliding glass door
leading to the outside, a bedroom and remodeled bath with skylight.

Proceeding down the stairs next to the living room and turning left you will find
the soda fountain room and beyond the playroom. A door leads outside to
the rear yard. To the right is the family room with fireplace, knotty
pine paneling and West facing windows.

To the right beyond the family room is the downstairs bedroom wing, which
can also be accessed by stairs from the kitchen area. The first bedroom
has a dressing area and green and yellow tile bath, the second bedroom
has the strawberry bath, and the third has the white and purple tile
bath. The changing room, shower and WC, with its
original wall paper are on this level, as well as the laundry room and
pool equipment room.
