Our transaction is finally complete. Kelly saw it through to the end. Even though the property has closed, Kelly continues to tie up various loose ends. Throughout the process, we dealt with many people who seemed incompetent at their jobs, but not Kelly. She continued to be diligent and persevered to make sure things got done. At times it seemed Kelly was doing her job, and everyone else's. If the need were to arise again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her.
